A dark, hearty and aromatic loaf made with a blend of wholemeal wheat and rye flours, sweetened with prunes and treacle, subtly spiced with a mixture of fennel, coriander and caraway, and rolled in sesame seeds. Excellent with cheese.


Ingredients: organic wholemeal flour, organic dark rye flour, organic light rye flour, levain, prunes, treacle, sea salt, caraway seed, coriander seed, fennel seed, sesame seeds.
