Freedom Bakery's signature white sourdough is slow fermented over 24 hours. The wheat used for our flouris grown and milled in East Lothian and our starter began its life 15 years ago! This bread is afirm favourite and is perfect on it’s own with some butter.


Ingredients: Organic white flour, white flour starter, salt.
